At The Desiree Collective, we take pride in creating meaningful experiences and custom pieces made just for you. We strive for satisfaction in all that we do, whether it’s through our products, creative services, or event experiences.

Product Orders via Etsy

All physical product purchases are handled through our Etsy shop. Please refer directly to our Etsy shop policy for details regarding shipping, returns, and shop terms.

Please note:

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once a proof has been approved or a final design has been confirmed for production.
  • Revisions are available prior to printing and we will always seek your approval before sending items to print.
  • Items are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Custom Orders

We do not offer refunds or returns for any custom orders. Once a design is approved, the project is considered final. We make every effort to ensure your vision is captured and will offer revisions prior to print or production where applicable. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Services: Event Planning, Hosting & Decor Rentals

All services are considered final sale once an agreement has been signed and the service is rendered.

While we do not offer refunds on services, we understand that every experience is unique. If concerns arise, we’re open to discussing what fair and appropriate compensation might look like, based on the situation and the terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

Please keep in mind:

  • For event planning and décor rentals, any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must align with the terms and conditions agreed upon in the original service contract.
  • In the event of cancellations, rescheduling, or major changes, any potential refund or credit will be handled in accordance with your signed agreement.
